Clearbranch Bee Supply offers the following Returns Policy:  Returns will be accepted only if in unused condition, buyer to pay return shipping, refund given on items only, as money back, credit towards another product, shipping is never refunded.  Defective items will be replaced and shipping the replacment back to you will be paid by us.  We try very hard to keep all items in stock but back orders do happen from time to time, back orders not shipped within 3 weeks will have all money refunded. Also, if you order several items and part of your order is back ordered, we will ship the in-stock items now and ship the back-ordered items as soon as possible at no extra shipping charge.
